Our Nigeria special line it need to picks up the goods in our destination warehouse . We have different blanch in our destination. Customers can choose the nearest location to pick up the goods. If you want to door to door service , you can contact to destination office , is according to the local charge arrangements for delivery.

TRANSPORTATION TIME LIMIT?

In the process of transportation, if there is no airport inspection, no flight delays and other circumstances, the general 4-7 working days can pick up goods at the destination warehouse.

ABOUT MAILING OF SMALL PACKEGES NOTICE

the minimum charge for small packages is 3 kg. If there are several packages, the packages are not unpacked by default, only combined packing. The check-in and check-out status of packages can be found on our website at our public number.

Special items, such as live products, cosmetics, liquids, magnets, engines, and so on, should be consulted separately.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE GOODS MISSING?

We have Surveillance in our warehouse. If you find any damage to the outer packing, please contact US immediately. If the goods are removed from the warehouse, you will not be responsible for the loss of the goods.

  If the outer packing is in good condition and the goods are lost, please contact us for verification in time.

AS FOR THE DISPOSAL OF THE GOODS IN THE WAREHOUSE

the goods received by our company exceed 30 days, if the customer does not contact with us to arrange to send . we will not keep the goods.

If the goods are not paid for more than 30 days from the date of delivery, our company have the right to auction the goods
